are going on, I haven't heard back from my source and Dem's is nowhere to be found.

Imho..This is a good thing. It certainly would not be going on this long unless, a contract is being worked out?

Unlike yesterday, when I broke it to you guy's it was Paul Johnson, my source has not got back to me.

This is an assumption on my part, Paul was in here today for a 2nd interview and since he has not got back to me, there may be some heavy negotiations going on to somewhat counter the Smu offer. May have to be some kindof compromise if Paul truly want's to be here.

All I have, just an assumption this time, sorry.
 
It could also be that Johnson turned us down and they are in heavy negotiations with the second choice..
