I'm not saying that it's justified, but at least they explained their reasoning for ranking Arkansas. Also, they didn't have any bad losses last season.

However, this entire ranking looks more like a popularity contest than anything based in reasoning.

The Auburn loss was bad to a mediocre team. The TAM loss was a loss to a bad team.

But they did have an upswing at the end of the season.
