Any word on OFFICIAL tailgate at FSU?

I haven't seen anything from GTAA, or the Alumni Association for any official tailgate party in Tallahassee this year. Anyone know anything? Also, found rooms in Tally using Orbitz where the direct contacts for hotel chains said they had no room at the inn...interesting and got a better rate to boot right in the capitol area!

I have no idea about an "official" tailgate, but I will make a comment on going down to Tally.

I have really enjoyed going to the game down in Tally. F$U fans are actually very nice and hospitable. Complete opposite of how their local facs act when the game is here. I even sat in the middle of their home side once in Tally. Of course it was one of the blowouts in 94 or 95 I think.

It is a great trip, and a great place to go bar hopping the night before if you are still young enough.

Two years ago, there was an official Tailgate party (postponed because of 9/11) and hope that we can get a large contigent to meet again this year for some major GT tailgating....
