Anything you think is just fine the way it is?

I’ll start: Sean Bedford. Dude has turned into a great color man. I hope he’s willing and able to keep doing it for years to come (though query whether his insights would be as good if we left CPJ’s offense).

ACC schedule. I like the opportunity of playing Clemson Miami and VPI every year.

Schedule.

The offensive scheme itself (i.e. disregarding who we have at QB.)

The AD, at least so far.
The option works if you have the correct personnel. Our passing would get no better in a different offense with current players - although maybe a good QB coach would help

My tailgate was pretty lit except for a couple of the nooners.

He is getting better but isn't a "great color man". He knows what to say but has difficulty saying it sometimes.

I'd prefer a guy who knows what to say but has trouble saying it over what you usually get on TV these days — which is someone who has difficulty saying what he doesn't know.

That said, I agree that he's still building towards 'eloquent.' From what I heard on Saturday he didn't quite know how to put in words the disaster that was unfolding before us. Then again, I'm not sure anyone could have articulated it better.

The uga fans that the GT assholes with seats near me sold their tickets to were actually not too bad. I told my wife that the two heartbreaking losses to the Jackets in the Cesspool had taught them some manners.

The defensive play for about 75% of the season was better than it has been. The other 25%, it was the worst since Groh and MTSU. I think we should name the defense the "Binaries".

What's the consensus on Demetra? My only exposure to his game calls is highlights in the stadium or on the call-in show, and I find him kind of annoying. Everything seems to be a "house call," and his "excited voice" is over the top and grating to me. Is he at least a decent play-by-play guy?

I would rather fire him than Ted roof.

Gameday experience is generally good.

Wiley Ballard was very good in first season as sideline report (took over for Randy Waters after some family issues, IIRC).

Though defensive player development isn't great (obvs), defensive player recruitment is some of the best its been since early 2000s and the like of Landry / Wilkerson / Anioi / Henderson / Fox.

Johnson didn't just forget how to coach all the sudden.

We have got to invest in some serious talent in the position coach area on both sides of the ball.

And if we can get a top-shelf DC, then I'd clean house on that side of the ball. I love Ted but not at the expense of our entire football program.

I don’t know about consensus, but to me Demetria’s sounds like he is trying way too hard every time he opens his mouth. I do not care for him.

Wes had the TV call for us a handful of times this years and it’s nostalgic—i still feel like he’s our guy. Love Wes.

Demetra does a great job with the call-in shows and other stuff, but not a great voice for big football plays. Sounds like he's constipated. Sorry to be unkind

Bedford is really good as color guy or whatever you call the analysis announcer

To me it's better than it was when Wes was here, because I watch TV and don't listen to the radio broadcast. So more Wes-called games

In fact the only Tech game I've ever listened to entirely on the radio was 2015 Tech - FSU. Best radio call ever. Ending was so awesome after listening to the entire game
