Looks about right, although I do believe LSU should be lower (several teams have challenged Bama) and Tulsa being ranked is a joke. The best team they've played is Arkansas and they lost.

But, but, but Tulsa is 8-1. That has to be better than VT's 6-3, right?

I think the top five teams ought to have to share their talent plus their BCS payoffs with the teams not ranked. :(

Why the heck is USCe now in the top 25? Since the loss to UGAG, their wins have come over:

Wofford
UAB (2-7)
Mississippi (5-4)
Kentucky (6-4)
Tennessee (3-7)
Arkansas (4-6)

Cumulative W/L 20-28

The only loss they've sustained was against LSU, the only decent team they've played.

<shakes head>

Because the top 25 has a knee-jerk reaction to wins/losses. If you lose and you're not top-15, you're now unranked. If you don't lose for long enough you get into the top 25 by default because of all the teams that lost a game and dropped out.

This will quickly be remedied next sat. against Florida.

Looks like someone was never informed of how utterly dominant the SEC is over not only football, but all forms of existence and the majority of the theoretical ones.
