the trip to Jax was wonderful. Those Days End folks really know how to make you feel “homey. “In fact, I was even called such once. I really appreciated the way they’ve placed some sort of oily substance over most surfaces in the room to protect the furniture (and the lower part of the walls).

And the food! What can I say! Displaying the choices behind glass with coin operation and levers. As a former physics student, let me just say - impressive.

Fan Fest at The Jacksonville Landing was fun and the Florida State mascot look soft and cuddly. I asked her if I could see her real suit but she got all huffy. So I asked if I could stick my spear thing in her Semihole to honor FSU tradition. Some mascots can't take a joke.

My seats at AllHell were fantastic. I suffer a bit from electo-magnetic-cellphone-doohickey disease, so being directly under the jumbotron gave me a bit of a headache. Fortunately, I could just drink from the constant drip of the big screen so I didn’t have to pay $49.99 for a bottle of soda. I had already paid that to a "roaming vendor" outside the “arena” (as he called it) before the game. Can’t fool me twice.

Ahhh, the game. I wish ArchiTECH had jumped up in someone’s face and said mean things every time ArchiTECH was knocked down in a game where you are supposed to get knocked down. Life could be different for me and my room wouldn’t be so damp.

The staff have been nice to me today. The sun is shining and they said I could stay up and watch Tech play Ohio State tonight in the championship game.

Oh yeah, note to self: remember when you pay $1,000 for one of those Garmin things to find the stadium, actually take the #@%'g thing with you.

Wow ArchiTECH, you have out done even yourself with this post. You are one crazy man! Are you really like this or do you just put it on?

I have - shall we say - certain "release papers" from the military (the U.S. one) saying that I am sane. I always bring these to interviews and family gatherings. I think being able to prove one's sanity is important with respect to self-esteem.

I sometimes hear voices, but usually they are happy voices asking me to examine myself in my new mirror. I don't like to hear the other voices.

I go to all Jacket games and make friends. Sometimes I just follow people.

I Looked For You At Days End

Couldn't find you.

Did meet someone named Lola, who was full of surprises.

That wasn't you, was it?
