ArchiTECH has the opportunity to purchase tickets to see his beloved Yellow Jackets deal with Touchdown Jesus in a backwoods fashion on Sept. 1.

ArchiTECH is perplexed - should he/she purchase tickets in the upper end zone or lower end zone - same price.

ArchiTECH has never been to the silly Irish so called "stadium" and wants the best vantage point to enjoy the atmosphere and punishment the Jackets are sure to inflict. I suspect Mr. Choice (the short one who plays what ArchiTECH still calls "halfback") will make the silly Irish surrender early.

Can someone help ArchiTECH to make this decision between upper and lower end zone decks (hee, hee, ArchiTECH said "decks").

BTW, I will be leaving early to be sure to catch the Chicago American Girl doll store.

love,
ArchiTECH

I find that when sitting in the endzones, a little added altitude is a good thing. I find it hard to judge how far a play has gone from lower endzone seats. But that is just me.

Other posters, who will remain unnamed, prefer to choose their seats based on just how far they can throw a water bottle accurately. I bow to the superior throwing accuracy.

Throw water bottles? I thought we were to throw Potato's or Fish?

Have to admit that was a great throw. I'm pretty sure we're talking about same insident during the opener last year. He/She is a few rows behind me in same section. I prefer to think he/she thought the ref was thursty. ;)

Fish chucking distance should only matter if you're behind the home bench.

wait... someone on this board threw the waterbottle? lol.

Heck, after some of the BS calls in last years opener I was ready to throw a brick. Thankfully the good people are the Beam family distillery have this wonderful elixer that helped to take the edge off.

Go with upper deck. Don't worry about the row - you will be able to pick and choose from the ND season ticket seats bout halfway through the third quarter.

:D

Here's some advice.

Stop refering to yourself in 3rd person. Its unoriginal. Other than that it makes you sound like you are a primate (like your picture) incapable of making a decision that's relatively unpostworthy. Enjoy your girl doll store though. I'm sure you were just giddy making sure we all knew that thought.

there were bad calls on both side of last year's game.....

i think that the holding call on mcknight on ND's first drive (revoking a first down) was a momentum killer.

Personally I think this should have been a penalty:

ArchiTECH thinks you're mean.
(and "unpostworthy" isn't a word)

The only reason helmet-to-helmet was called was because of the pre-season media hype around Quinn.

The amount of protections quarterbacks are getting lately in the NCAA and NFL is ridiculous. Pretty soon they will be wearing non-contact jerseys during any regular season games.

No let them wear skirts like Brady Queen.:laugher:

I must have screamed for 20 minutes on that call, "This is football! Let 'em play!"
I was seriously pissed.
