Screw what happened earlier in the season... I think we are by far and away the best. Our offense has finally had the lightbulb turn on. Anyone think we don't pound either VT or BC into dust if we were to play them in a neutral site?

Easily. I think we would school BC or VT. More importantly, I'm looking forward to playing UNC next year. PJ's gonna run the score up something fierce on them because of that BS they tried on us late in the game.

Somebody from ESPN called us the best team in the ACC tonight, I forget who or when I saw it. The other contender, VT, have not looked like world-beaters in their last two games. If only a few bounces were different against either VT or UVA...

I'm pretty sure it was Craig James. Makes sense b/c he witnessed first hand scUM's annihilation.
 
During the Miami game we were getting all kinds of love for being the best in the ACC. Now today has happened. Yes, we're the best team in the ACC (right now) and everyone knows it.
 
Unfortunately for the conference, the ACCCG matches up teams that are probably the #3 and #4 teams in the ACC, at best. I think us and FSU are better than BC and VT, and UNC or Maryland may be better than VT.

The Two VPI fans on the plane with me tonight both felt that we were the best team and it wasn't even a contest in their opinion.
 
We are currently the best team in the ACC and the state of Georgia.

However, we have not the best team in the ACC through the season, which is why we are not playing in the ACCCG.

Its unfortunate, but we are FAR BETTER than I could ever have dreamt of.
 
effen.. UNC couldn't even beat their rival .. who was 4-6 coming in to their own house. End up getting getting hammered by 21pts following a lose to maryland the week before.

Agreed. We are easily the best team in the ACC right now, and not many would dispute that. However, it is a season long process, and we have no claim to go to the ACC title game right now.

Somehow I think I'll survive :).
