There seems to be a pretty good "Buzz" around Macon. I see more cars with Tech tags, flags and decals than ever before. As for me, the Tech flags on my other car where officially raised Monday morning. The Stang pimps Tech year around. I have already received a couple of honks in response...Of course, I got a thumbs down from a Dawg too.

God, I can't believe that it is just Tuesday...It feels like it should be at least Thursday...come on weekend!!!

I stick to the Gameday Only rule of thumb when flying the flags. Exceptions: when I'm driving out of town to a game or driving back from Myrtle Beach for the UGAg game, which I often do.

Game Day only here, or if we are traveling to a game like this weekend, it goes up Friday before we leave.

GO JACKETS!

I typically let 'em fly the day before, day of and day after gameday - day before for the folks at work and day after for the folks at church. Since it's the first game of the year, I may break that rule and get it started early. Mainly just because I'm ready for kickoff to get here.

Fridays at school...just piss off all the homers that I teach with...and all day game day.

My car one is borked, so I need to buy another. But I was given one for my front porch two days ago with a poll and hinge and all the other whatnots - and that will be flying tomorrow.

i'll be driving through atlanta tonight (currently living in FL). i'm going to count how many GT flags i see.

I am assuming that you were being a smart ass in your post...We get that from the Dawggies all the time...

Somewhat unfortunate, as diverse as Atlanta is, you will see way more Tech garb in the areas around Atlanta than you will within the city limits.

no, i was being serious. i'm from tennessee originally, so i only ever saw orange flags flying on the weekends. i like GT, and i'm excited for the game... i'm also curious to see if there are any hardcore fans that will have their flags flying high early. the post wasn't disrespecting GT in any way.

I have a lot of family from Tennessee…the hills of Tennessee

We went up there on the 4th of July last year to see naked babies playing in wash tubs along with orange and white fireworks…good times.

Just curious, but if you're from TN, why oh why do you like ND?

you must've been in the civilized part of TN. most places aren't as classy.

and, why am i a ND fan if i'm from TN? i never liked the vols even though my dad is a big fan. i remember watching football with him as a little kid, and the ND helmets caught my attention. i always wanted to watch them b/c i liked their colors... then, as i grew older, i just kept learning more about them, and i grew into a fan.
