Uga has for the thirty years had a record similar to Psu, no titles. Isn’t UGA a program driven by the hub of college football? ie, ATL? Take over ATL and take over football in the southeast?

Uga is a program driven by its closest rivals and recruiting opponents being down (Tennessee and Florida) and out (us). That has allowed them to build up a stock of big recruits.
