I thought Tech looked great last night as far as attendance. The only section of the Dome that wasn't full was down in the upper deck of the LSU endzone. Tech fans FAR outnumbered LSU and were loud (at least in the first quarter and a half).

Now look at the Cap One Bowl. Georgie outnumbers MSU but there are TONS of empty seats in that stadium. Funny how Gaggers always want to rip on Tech for not filling their stadium yet Georgia can't fill a 65,000 seat stadium not far from home.

We may not always fill the stadium but I don't want to hear it from Georgie fans anymore.

I was in section 320 relatively midway through the stadium.

The LSU endzone was MUCH MUCH louder than the GT endzone. Also, the GT band was pretty much inaudible.

Of course, LSU had a lot to cheer with everything going there way from the start. But still they were louder, which was expected.

They weren't louder until they scored all those points.

Seemed like the LSU fans were louder, but they DID have much more to cheer for. Attendance was great though

I was in sec 326 and it seemed the crowd was definitely charged for the game--really hyped--BUT--it did not take long for the ICE WATER to extinguish the fire! I've been going to TECH games for over 50 years and I now admit this is the 1st time I ever left at half-time. Call it what you want but I did not relish throwing -up in public.

That's how it came across to me.

We were in 116 and the GT crowd was plenty noisy until that ICE WATER you referred to came crashing down. We stayed for almost the whole game but I completely understand folks leaving early.
