As a Sophomore (2019): Appeared in 11 games with nine starts, only missing final game of year at Michigan State (11/30) ... Second on the team with 79 tackles (44 solo) ... Led the Terps with two fumble recoveries while also posting four tackles for loss, a half sack, an interception and five pass breakups ... Tallied eight tackles and recorded a Keandre Jones forced fumble at #1 Ohio State (11/9) ... Recorded eight tackles (six solo) and half a sack vs. Indiana (10/19) ... Led Maryland with 11 tackles including a career-best eight solo stops at Purdue (10/12), with a tackle for loss ... As a Redshirt Freshman (2018): Appeared in all 12 games with one start against Rutgers (10/13) ... Totaled 13 tackles (six solo) with an interception and a pass breakup ... Recovered a fumble vs. Ohio State (11/17) ... Made first career start against Rutgers (10/13), leading team with six tackles ... Posted first career interception late in fourth quarter at Bowling Green (9/8) ... Made collegiate debut against #23 Texas (9/1).

As a Freshman (2017): Did not appear in game action.

On paper I like him better than the Warner kid out of FSU that was considered an option at LB. Haven’t watched him much at all, but the Maryland boards aren’t really excited about him moving on (like the FSU boards seemed to be about Warner) and his highlight tape pops. Maryland board also talked about him being a plus locker room presence.

Yeah I've only seen positive comments about him and sadness of him leaving
