They want to remain credible by stating the obvious, but at the same time, they don't want to risk losing Chan, who is every Bulldog's best friend. Hence: "Tech is struggling... Actually, Reggie Ball is their best friend. And he doesn't say it's not the coaches fault. It's the coaches and players....but more so the coaches.
