Faton Bauta is transferring.

I'm sure you all will remember him from his dominating performance this year against Florida.

Regardless, hope this is the beginning of a sweet, sweet trend culminating with Eason.

Dang I couldn't find the source link in your post... where is it?

I'm glad to act like their program is falling apart, but this is not a big deal. They'll find a decent QB for next year. Players will go where there is playing time. Just hope it's a Hutson Mason or Greyson Lambert and not an Aaron Murray or David Greene.

I dumb

I know this is off season but why are we reveling in the fact that a bench warmer is leaving UGA?

A retarded rat leaving the ship is still a rat leaving the ship. It's not a huge deal but still doesn't look great for Georgia, the hope being that more are going to follow.

I would love to see all the incoming recruits transfer somewhere else. As long as it's not somewhere in south Florida...

Hmm...not sure I agree with that line of thinking.

Personally, I'd rather have him taking up a scholarship and never playing than freeing up a scholly they might then use to get a better player.

True enough, but as I said, I don't think it's a big deal either way. And Bauta may have very well transferred even if Richt stayed, he wasn't going to see the field again unless every other QB on their roster and every player who knew the general idea behind playing QB shattered every bone in both arms.

where is he going? we could use him like we did byerly next year... no hurt jokes, please
