I will not be at the game Saturday for the first time in a long while due to the serious illness of both my mother-in-law and father-in-law. Both are elderly and in the hospital in Nashville and the next several weeks are likely the last we will be spending with one or both of them.

Win this one Jackets!

On a brighter note. My ticket will be given to a co-worker that is a big Jacket fan. He will be attending his first Tech game ever (about 40 years old) with my fellow season ticket holder buddy. I am proud and excited that he gets to attend homecoming. He has never been to BDS or our campus. My ticket couldn't be going to a better person. Now give 'em HELL Tech!

It is appreciated that you gave your ticket to a GT fan.

Best wishes in regards to your in-law's health.

BELLY, WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?!?! REALLY HAVE MISSED YOU AND WELCOME BACK!! HERE'S A TANQUERAY TOAST TO YOUR RETURN!!

Best wishes to you and yours during this difficult time.
We'll remember you guys as we are screaming! God bless you.

Sorry to read this...Prayers said for your in-laws and family.

What a great opportunity for your co-worker! Hopefully your buddy will teach him everything he needs to know!!

Thanks to everyone for their prayers. Father-in-law sadly passed away today of liver cancer so I will be returning to Tennessee tomorrow to rejoin my wife. My father in law was one of the nicest men you could ever meet.

Got to watch the second half of the game on TV Saturday and was pleased with Reggie's courage and "do not quit" attitude. He is pretty beat up right now.

As for the fellow I sent in my place - he asked me today how much a season ticket is and if he could join us next year at BDS. He had never had been to a college game before and he was completely blown away by the experience.

JJ,

My condolences to you and your family on the death of your Father-in-law.
