Bebe questionable?

Per the local rag....anyone have info on this? Says he has an undisclosed injury....we really need him in there, he's a helluva blocker.
 
We wont know for sure till right before the game Saturday, its that close of a call right now. It all matters how he feels and if he is cleared to play. Bebe wants to be out there more then anyone, he is doing all he can to get out there. Bebe has really stepped up and become one of our leaders, he has became the ultimate team player this year and wants to help out his teammates this week. We shall see, if it was his call he would be out there, its not his decision this week though.
 
Thanks for the update and input....I was more worried than anything when I read that, especially since I hadn't heard anything about him. I love the selfless, team-oriented attitude we have developed under CPJ and appreciate a guy wanting to play ever down every game. Hope he gets well...whatever it is.
 
Agreed...hate to see this happen to a guy who gave a lot and made a difference on a lot of plays last week that he wasn't touching the ball on. If he is unable to go this weekend, hopefully his replacement will carry the same attitude onto the field.

This won't be like Tashard last year, will it? I fully appreciate and respect a guy for wanting to play through the pain, but he doesn't need to make it worse.
 
If he can play vs VT then he can take 3 games off.

Do we count this as a blow to the O line. Not only is he a great blocking receiver but did anyone else notice him lined up at tackle a couple of plays last week? Including Nesbitt's long run in the 4th.
 
I think one of our receivers is going to bust a big play against VT. I think their aggressive corners are going to get caught looking in the backfield.
 
We have ZERO depth at WR.

Earls and Bebe were supposed to be our starters and might be out.

We're missing 2 starting linebackers as well but at least Sed makes me feel better.....

Did anyone else notice Bebe limping during last week's BC game?
 
Bebe has become one of my favorite players this season. That two-block performance on Nesbitt's run was great. Hope he's well.
 
Hive reporting that he had concussion like symptoms after game 1 vs jax state - played last week with them, apparently not 100% yet...

my bet - he plays.

I wouldn't count on it. We are Tech, the same school that's bragging about our invention to measure for concussions, etc. Every typical school would throw him out there, but since they announced it now, I bet we don't unless he is in perfect shape.
 
If he got the concussion in the first game and could play last week, he will probably be pretty well recovered by tomorrow. He may not start but he will see action.
