No. Us Stingtalk fans CONTINUED to support GT! Just because we didn't like the coach we didn't stop giving to the GTAA as bee bad suggested doing. No matter who the coach is or if I like him or not I will always support the GTAA.

Pfft. We all know that everyone on this board is a bunch of pinko, wine-loving, Chan apologists. Hell, the board was still active after a win. What does that tell you about us? It tells me that we're soft. We don't even understand. Real GT fans start Bulldawg boards, because that's what Tech means.
 
I'm sorry. Boy I sure hope after every win next year the site goes down for awhile! Cmon mods what kind of GT fan wouldn't do that?

Yep, cause you never know when they might go and hire a Paul Johnson.
 
What's funny is now he is charging for the premium content he plans to bring to the board in interviews and thorough Spring Practice reports. This is already done for free here by 33 and Dems and you can pay less and get more from the Hiver Insiders board. $10 per month is more than a full subscription to Scout.

This is from the same guy who used to tout that BBuzzoff would ALWAYS remain free and all the "pay sites" were not worth it. Here is a great quote from Beebad himself I dug up awhile back...

"Everyone should dump their Hive/Scout and Rivals accounts. All that paid for info comes out within 2 hours anyway on all the public boards. Send them a message!"

Also, here's his philosophy on "No Holds Barred" forums. And again, this is a direct quote:

"From now until the end of the football season BBuzzOFF memberships will be by referral only with the thought that it may continue beyond that. What this means is that if someone wants to sign up to get full access to all the viewing areas and posting privileges they will have to have a referral from another member here that is in good standing. Or they will have to have a body of quality work from other message boards and apply here with the same font name.

I'm doing this in particular to keep the board content high throughout the season. No need to have Johnny Georgia Tech fan who is a poster elsewhere who comes here to vent his spleen after losses 'cause they won't let him do it at his other board. Or the drive by posters who stop in to spew silliness after a win.

In addition to limiting memberships to keep content high I may also be pruning the shrubs so to speak as we move forward."

Well, we know that they wouldn't be posting on BBuzzoff after a win.

I was thinking about this, and I'm not very happy about him charging for his messages boards. Especially since most of his money from the UGA board will come out of welfare checks, paid for by GT grads.
