old foggy, I was talking to SLJ and his troubles with the buzzoff crew. I wasn't talking to you, unless you happen to think that our newest commit is really a one star. For that matter, that anyone is a one star recruit.

But just out of curiousity, what is our quota? ugag has 3 one star (for now) recruits. What's their quota?

ncjacket and Old Fogy: Not only does Georgia have commitments from 3 '1 star' recruits but they have outstanding offers to 17 others!

I raised this question on BuzzOFF (prior to my ban):

Why is it alright for Georgia to scout and offer upcoming seniors before the scouting services have viewed and evaluated them........but not alright for Tech?

I have never said he is a one star recruit, I have no idea as you probably have no idea! I only said and if you can read I said CCG has had his quota of 1 star recruits.

Now Mr. SLJ is back here he's attacking those on BO like he did this board and the Hive. Seems like to me he talks out of both sides of his face.

Like I said, I wasn't talking to you. But I'm still curious. What is a quota on one star recruits? You do realize that one star simply means they haven't been rated yet don't you? So you're saying Chan shouldn't recruit players until the services rate them?

Fogy: How about answering a question that 'techfan45' ask Beebad and MsTechAnalysis several times without getting a DIRECT answer.....Would you want Joesph Gilbert on Tech's football team?

And how about answering mine: Why is it alright for the University of Georgia to scout and offer recruits who haven't been rated by the scouting services.....and Tech can't?

Also, as I recall you stated you are decendant of the great General Jeb Stuart C.S.A.......so did you see Beebad's disparaging remarks about us southerners? And did you even see the any of the threads in question before Beebad locked out and erased them?

If you didn't you don't realize how far off you are for calling me 'two faced'.

As a Buzoff regular, I must admit I am suprised to hear how many people on here have been "banned" from BO, especially since that is a main topic of conversation over there, people bitching about being banned from here and the Hive as if they are proud of it. However, I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss everyone that frequents the BuzzOff Board as idiot or whatever you may call them, as many of them are as big or bigger fans of GT than anyone on here, they/we just don't like the direction that GT football has taken since the "guru" took over, some call it being negative, pessimist, realistic etc.... I doubt it is possible that anyone can dislike Gailey more than I do, its not personal, but I consider myself to be somewhat knowledgeable of the game as I played in highschool (yeah big woop right) and have followed it my entire life. Anyway, score one for free speech.

Actually it would be pretty hard to find someone as critical of Gailey as BOR, but you don't have to be a total ass about it. It's possible to disagree with what a coach is doing without coming across as a ugag fan and without trashing every kid on the roster or anyone who dares cheer for the team and coaching staff. I don't know your font Macon, but as long as you are rational and open to discussing things in a logical manner I have no problem with whether you like Gailey or not. Personally I don't think he's the worst coach in America but I also don't think he's done what could have been done here at Tech. If he doesn't have a good year and gets fired next season it won't bother me. But until he's gone he's our coach and while I may disagree with him I won't act like a ugager and ridicule our team.

OK SLJ, Since I know nothing of this guy, I'll have to wait and see when I return home.

As for you getting banned from BO here again I know nothing. I went almost a month without being on line to read or post. From reading your thread I assume that you and BB had it out. As for my great, great grand father JEB, I suspect he would laugh at a statement by a yankee. I do not know nor read what was said by BB or anyone. But, I will defend my southern birth right against any remarks, especially by yank. As I tell my yankee friends I was born American but by the grace of God a southerner.

Hey, I'm not happy either. That was not my point. My point is, I'm not low enough to take unsubstantiated shots at a 17 year old high school kid in order to make a criticism of Chan Gailey. I can do that all day long without bringing a 17 year old kid into it.

The reason why we were booted is because the guy who runs that site did just that, and when he was called out for having no substance and taking a pot shot, he couldn't take the heat. No holds barred discussion, my ass.

BarrelO'Rum: You couldn't say it any clearer. Directly expressing not being happy with Chan Gailey is one thing. Taking pot-shots at the head coach through a 17 year is just stupid.
