Strong yes. But that is also a measure of endurance. To be really strong and have good endurance is even better.

I don’t believe it’s the same technique allowed at the combine, for example. If it is, he would have repped 50% more than a lot of the guys in his position group.

Sims' general athletic ability was never in doubt that I know of, it was his decision making and throwing. I want to know his record in NCAA football video games and how his accuracy (particularly under pressure) has improved.
