Best damn Monday in 8 years

I will be honest, and for you out-of-staters, I apologize, but this is the best damn Monday in 8 years going into work. Luckily, I am on procedures today, so can wear a sweatshirt over my scrubs in between cases -- and while I often will wear a Tech sweatshirt, today I picked the most obvious Tech sweatshirt and am wearing it for the world to see. Damn, it feels good to be the best team in the state and for the leg-humpers to know we are the best team in the state!
 
It's also a good day to have a job which requires a hardhat.

Absolutely. The big Georgia fan in the building was greeted with a page from the AJC on his door when he arrived this morning.
 
A UGA fan bought my bfast haha. nothing better than being able to talk trash, know we are the best in the state, and free food
 
My Monday:

1) I have a final project I haven't started.

2) Professors can still be dicks.

3) I am surrounded by GT students, so obviously cannot brag to fellow fans/students.

...but...

4) It feels great to graduate in two weeks and finally have a win over UGAY!
 
last friday after Miami..a co-worker paid me our bet--with a baggy full of quarters.....CLASSY

this morning--three Florida fans have already come to thank me and the two big Georgia fans are "running late"

hahahhahaahahahah riiiight
 
I've enjoyed the fact that all the UGA fans in my office are getting even more pissed because I'm not mentioning it. They keep coming over to me and practically begging me to rub it in and it is driving them crazy that I can simply be humble about the win.
 
Yeah. First thing I did was go into the big meeting room and write a giant 45-42 across the chalkboard. Another jacket fan came back behind me and wrote 'Go Jackets' underneath it. The big loudmouth Dawg fan who thinks he is a sports know-it-all lost a bet to the Tech fan who has the desk next to him, and was having to wear a Tech hat today.:laugher: The other big Dawg fan who is one of those who really hates us and normally wears his stupid 'G' hat everyday was wearing a Notre Dame hat today instead.:laugher: again.

That makes him a double loser. At least the Dawg's were within 30 points at the end.

I don't understand why the nadlickers won't talk to me.

I did talk to a nadlicker fan down the hallway from my office and he was glad we won. He's been a ticket holder for 40 years and says they deserved to lose. He was very proud of Tech.
