I have noticed the avatars getting big again. We want to try to avoid BIG AVATARS b/c it pushes the words off the board.
We shoot for 100x100 with 126x126 being the outer limit. All the avatars below are great and there are THOUSANDS. You can also shrink your image with an image editor.

Once you find an image that you like
1. place your pointer on the pic
2. right click the mouse and click to properties
3. highlight and copy the address(URL)
4. paste that same address in your profile on stingtalk
and of coarse we have over 200 avatars in the stingtalk profiles section
