...and all with no official visits!

Multiple unofficial visits today and tomorrow...and alot of kids participating in the camp that are big-time recruits.

To top if off, some of the top rising juniors are in this weekend.

A lot of talent there...it will be interesting to see what happens. Even current commits are there to recruit like Chris Jackson, Sean Renfree, Kamaron Riley, and Nick McRae.

Big-time recruits there include OT Greg Shaw from Miami, CB T'Sharvan Bell from Jacksonville, S Karnell Hatcher from Delray Beach, CB/WR Jon Lockhart from Blountstown, WR AJ Jenkins from Jacksonville, DT Brandon Thompson from Thomasville, TB/CB Ralph Bolden from Charlton County, TB Richard Watson from Tallahassee, etc. etc....plus multiple kids we are evaluating for possible offers.

Do not be surprised if someone you have never heard of gets an offer this weekend. It may not happen...but certainly could. The entire coaching staff is there again evaluating...and that is how we decided to grab Kamaron Riley.

Thanks for the update Hiveredtech! Maybe we can raise some recruits interest in GT this weekend!

With the current additions of Renfree and Machen, I am even more excited than normal about our camp this weekend. I have put together a list of prospects that are supposed to be in attendance. I am sure that this list is not complete, but you will get a feel of who we are after at the present and some unknowns that may receive offers after the camp. I know that Chris Jackson and Sean Renfree will be at the camp to help sway some recruits. I think that Kameron Riley and Nick McRae will also be present. I am not sure about Embry Peeples. I will have the list up in just a minute.

A few notches away from being an impact safety. He is well rounded in all areas, including size and possesses a tall, athletic frame that should continue to fill out. Uses his long stride for good coverage range.

A big, athletic prospect as both a running back and linebacker. Is more a T.J. Duckett type at runningback but he may end up on defense in college due to his measurables and foot speed. A great prospect either way.

I know something about the QB -Isabelle.He put on a show at the 7 0n 7 camp here(Huntsville,Al )in June supposedly.Don't know of his interest.

Erm, Steven Sylvester isn't on this list. Did he commit due to the camp, or was it a coincidence the camp was held the same day?

Geez Mustang....just copying information from premium recruiting sites is a weeny thing to do.

At least be creative.

Why put together a list from scratch when it is right there in black and white. Besides, it was one of their insiders that gave me the info.

Okay, MGT flat out kicks ass! Why in the hell is he a "noob"? He should automatically become a Helluva Engineer just for all of the things he has contributed to the board!

Copyright issues are a big deal to me since I got to know more people in software (GT grads should understand this), music, print journalism, etc.

These writers that bring us all of this information are paid purely by subscriptions....the corporations Rivals and Scout get some advertising dollars (not the writers).

So...if the writer cannot earn a living...we will not have the option to purchase the information. We would still get it....just less informed and a few days late. Note that the AJC still does not even have Kamaron Riley on our 2008 commitments list!...they are stuck on three still! It is not like GT has that many subscribers in the first place...it is amazing we have any writers dedicated to our sites.

Trust me...I used to not care...but realizing they have families to feed...that makes me care.

Perciatate the valable info there good buddy.

I hope everyone appercitates what having a stable program and staff does for recruitament porpoises.

Feels good to be back in the game.

Georgia TECH is IN THE HOUSE!!!!

GO JACKETS!!! GO TECH!!!
