No not the team or the coach, I'm talking about all you assholes who are in meltdown mode right now. This GT football team isn't the best ever, but giving up two kickoff TDs and a couple of bad fumbles to lose the game doesn't mean the team is doomed. It means they need to fix some things. When the offense actually executed, we killed them. And that was a decent USF team (who would be respectable in the ACC) that we were killing when the players executed. We outgained them 602 yards to 426, which is bad for the defense, but the offense has the potential to win us some shootouts against teams we have no business beating.
Could this be a 5-6 win season? Only if a ton of unlucky things go wrong (like what happened today). Could this be a 9-10 win season? Only if a ton of lucky things go right.
Until we know where we stand in the conference after a few weeks, it is stupid to melt down. Go find your balls and gear up for game 3.
