From AA distro:

"Senior DB Chris Milton is the FBS’s active career leader with seven blocked kicks. Georgia Tech has blocked 14 kicks since 2013 -- the most in the FBS. Two of Milton’s seven career blocked kicks have come this season."

Johnson Ball? Has a certain ring to it...

Did Milton block this? I thought it was Gamble?

Yeah it was Gamble, it was just mentioning that Milton is the active career leader which is pretty sweet. Averaging about 2/season right now.

Strange that we excel at this yet the rest of our special teams have been somewhere between "meh" and "barf".

That was the first blocked FG for FSU since 2006.

Honestly, I think Chris Milton is a pretty big part of the reason we are so good statistically in this area. On the one he blocked earlier this year (against UNC, maybe?) he was literally the only guy to rush the punter. He split all 3 blockers by himself and was able to tip the ball. He clearly takes special teams a lot more seriously than most, and it shows.

It also helps that he's one of the fastest players in pads on the team. In fact I'm not sure that he's not the fastest on the field. That Clemson pick-6 last year was incredible. Looked like he was in cruise control getting to the sideline, turned on the jets, and blew past people.

Maybe. Does Cavman secretly enjoy having his balls batted in the air?

Paul Ball? Or is the the TO?

EDIT: ooloooooops, a re-suggestion. <makes mental note: read before posting>
