Blocked punts question

Bowl game saw what I would consider an oddity...both teams blocked a punt. No clue how to see last time this happened or how many times, anybody got a look at this? Have to imagine too I'm not the only one to point this out.

I believe this happened on back to back drives in the SEC championship game. Maybe one was a field goal.

Yes, Bama blocked a punt for TD then Gata blocked the ensuing XP for 2 points.
