I said hello to Bobby Ross who was at the Tech-FSU game doing Westwood Radio. I welcomed him back to campus and he said he was enjoying doing the radio stuff.

Anyway, you may have noticed that on that game ticket was none other than Coach Ross himself.

Great guy and obviously one of our better coaches. DRad should try and keep him a little closer to the prog, imo. We never hear from/about CBR. It's not like he left us for Alabama or anything.

i heard him on the radio the week before and he had said that he would be doing the game. great football guy. a little nasaly for my taste on air, but very insightful.

Actually I was bummed to not have asked him to walk Yellow Jacket Alley with the players. Then I thought about it, he never beat PJ while at Army, so maybe they aren't the warmest of buddies.

But if anyone is in the AA and Coach Ross is back on campus, we should ask him to walk in the front of YJA. Personally I think that is a whole lot more fun than getting the field during a break in the game.

Several of us spoke with Coach Ross last year. He was sitting in the Upper Level East seats. A really class guy. I had a blast at the 'Breakfast with Bobby' that he would put on the Friday AM of the Home Games. He wandered the room talking to people and just enjoying the crowd. First year about 20 of us at the end of his time at GT the room was Standing Only.
