Brian Bohannon's Kennesaw State team finished the regular season in style with the first-ever football game at Sun Trust Park, defeating Jacksonville State 60-52 in 5 overtimes on Saturday. They are 10-1, and are the #4 seed in the FCS playoffs. Not bad for a program that just started 4 years ago, and good success story for the CPJ coaching tree. They will play the winner of Wofford/Elon on December 1.

But have they always been defensively deficient?

Not really. Gol had him first iirc. Collins formative coaching time was not under either In fact wasnt he in admin roles for both? Maybe short stint as te or db coach. Cant recall
 
Thier is a reason why CPJ has a coaching tree. I just wish Sewak would break off and someone else grafted into the tree. #SeeSewakForWhoHeRealyIs

Per Wikipedia:
Patrick Nix is an American football coach and former player. In 2017, his first season as a head football coach at Pinson Valley High School, he led the Indians to a 6A AHSAA state championship win, the first state football championship in PVHS history.

They should have beaten Georgia State in the first game, too. Frustrating last minute loss in that one.

D is pretty good. Most of those points were in OT. They gave up 24 in regulation and were giving up less than 10 per game before that
