Any reasonable guesses for our bowl game at this point?
 
I am hopeful this puts us into tier one. I think Military Bowl is our worst case scenario. Music City may be our best. Folks on another site are speculating Music City vs. Auburn as a possibility. Would be fun.

Oh my gosh, Yes! I would love to play Auburn. That's a game we should have never stopped playing every year.
 
I was thinking we might have a rematch with USCw but not sure they are going bowling this year if you can believe that. All that talent, sitting at home. I guess Lamont Simmons knew something no on else knew.

Crazy. I’m convinced that me, you and a few other knuckleheads on this board could “Coach” them to 8 wins minimum by showing up to the game on time.
 
I’m sticking with Sun Bowl prediction after we beat UGA. But Syracuse hurt those chances a little bit.
 
SB Nation is saying Belk Bowl vs Tennessee.

SI is saying the Quick Lane Bowl against Buffalo.

CBS is saying Quick Lane Bowl against W. Michigan.

I hadn't even heard of the Quick Lane Bowl until this morning. But it's in Detroit, so that'll be nice....

Please not the Sun Bowl again. The bowl is fine but the travel is impossible.

Most of these prognosticators don't even spend 5 minutes looking at conference standings or reviewing the selection sequence. You would be better off putting the names in a hat and pulling one out. With a 5-3 conference record, there is no way we would fall to the Quick Lane Bowl. We will be in the Sun/Music City/Belk/Pinstripe group, with geography and recent bowl sites being the main factors, so my best bet would be Music City or Belk. At this point, mostly it depends on which ACC teams make up the other 3 in that group.

It's a little late to get this kind of feedback. My bus ticket to Detroit is non-refundable. (Turns out the Detroit airport shuttered years ago.)
