Has been battling back pain. Sounds like he will stay in GT grad school, just not be on the team. Best wishes.

Wish him the best. He needs to take care of himself and his body.

Hope he got hold of this so as not to hurt him in later years.

Hopefully he will be able to help the team in other areas.

    Stay well young man.

Shows you the importance of a good education. Every player is 1 injury away from retirement. At least Brad knows he'll 80k with his degrees.

I personally think 100k would have sounded much nicer

He has a master's degree in economics, so he'll definitely be in the 6 figures. But, 80k is the meme around here.

80k is the minimum threshold at which you are not a disgrace to your GT degree.

    But includes benefits, right?

And should we be inflating the 80k? It's been at that level for many years. We may be at 87k now.

No need for more than 80k. 80k is a straight baller status. Anything over 80k is really just an iteration of 80k. Try to keep up people.

Right, so if you make 160k, you're just 80k'ing times 2....and so on?

I must’ve missed StinGTalk that day. I’ve always wondered where the 80k came from. I feel a lot better now.

LOL that was quite some time ago.

Brad and Scott are both good kids from a really good family. They graduated with my youngest son from Etowah. We've known them since they were about 8 or 9 and were still playing baseball. Glad he's got his degree from Tech.

That's been around since 2013? Wow. We've been saying it for so long that it needs to be inflated.

Inflation calculator says we should be using $88k.

Best of luck to him. He had a good career here and there is no shame hanging it up to take care of yourself.
