. . . and there should be consequences associated with that accountablility. If termination is too extreme at least he should be put on warning, counseled and given a period of time to correct the problem. In the interim period I would suggest his salary be reduced and no further extensions of his contract be granted unless and until improvement is noted.

If we don't hold his feet to the fire, odds are nothing will get done. Clough had best inspect and provide frequent feedback on his progress or lack thereof. Let's run this thing like the business it is. Customer satisfaction is in the dumpster!

Neither appeared to be very concerned about the situation.

I was waiting for a "this too shall pass" statement.

Braine covering for his most recent hire is the only thing notable I took away from the segment.
