Morgan Burnett was an absolute force at corner. Definitely a guy who this defense will be able to anchor on in the future. If the rest of our secondary can step up and play at that level or somewhere around it, our defense may finally stop getting burned deep and over the middle.

I'm sure anyone in section 221 hear me yell "I LOVE THAT MAN!" when he broke up the deep ball with one hand going towards the north endzone for what would have been a touchdown catch.

I saw a bright spot in Calvin Booker. Why in the world he's not in the mix, if not starting ahead of #13, is beyond me.

Burnett made a game changing mistake when he fumbled the lateral return, but he is a player no doubt and will be one of the best CB's to play on the flats. That interference call that gave them their first TD was BS.

Burnett is an absolute monster, don't want to judge him from just two games but I think hes better at corner right now that Victor "Macho" Harris was at VT his freshman year. Back then Harris was getting burned every game and now he's arguably all-ACC imagine how good Burnett could be. I think we need this kid at corner next year to lock one side of the field so the other 3 new starters in the secondary can have an easier time adjusting.

I agree with ya'll. Burnett is a tremendous DB at a young age. He just needs to learn and practice a few details on finishing plays.

did you see the nad licker look back at him in amazement that he even made the play? Priceless because he thought he had 7.

I agree 100% on Burnett, and I also continue to be impressed by the play of one A.T. Barnes.

The brightest spot was our HOT ass cheerleaders. They made a dull nite amazing!

Agree.

I saw A.T. play a lot in High School. When he told me he was attending Tech, I was very - very excited.

This young man has big time potential.
