Sounds like this was a good game not to be shown on national TV, but it really chaps me not to be able to at least have the option of listening to it on radio. Macon Telegraph gave a list of stations broadcasting the game, were any of you able to hear it?

790 AM Atlanta, 98.3 FM Cordele, 940 AM, 1500 AM, 92.3 FM Macon, 1450 AM Milledgeville, 101.9 FM Sandersville, 1590 AM Thomaston, 97.7 FM Vidalia, 1550 AM Vienna,1350 AM Warner Robins.

AM broadcasting in most of these areas is a waste of time at night, the Macon stations stayed w/ UGA/LSU postgame analysis(940), didnt carry the game(92.3), or couldnt be picked up(1500).

Do any of you guys out in the boonies w/ me have any idea as to whether or not the station(s) in your area that were supposed to carry the game actually did so? Is this part of the ISP package Wes has mentioned? If so its not worth a fat rats ass!

I live in Mac, and I think I'm one of 3 GT fans in the city. I get so sick of seeing that Green Bay G on every red truck in town. Even the Kroger tonight had a big display of UGAG stuff right when you walk in the door. The whole city basically acts like they are the only football program in the state.

As far as radio....forget it. I've never found a station that plays a GT game. If we ever make it to a BCS Bowl game, you might hear it but not before then.

I'd listen over the net on 790thezone.com
Even over a dial-up I listened to the whole game.

I live in Sylvester, GA. Have the whole radio station list off Tech's web site. I either can't get the station due to it being AM, or I can pick up the station but no game. Am a Paramedic and had to work last night. Can listen to the game on internet at home. Have no speakers with our computer here at work. It does suck about the lack of radio. I remember in the early 80's there were several stations that carried Tech games. I grew up listening to them. Now with better seasons you'd think more stations would carry "The Jackets", but all anyone wants to carry is UGA and Larry Munson.
