Just heard from a friend that he just took over the DC job for the Cocks. Anyone else hear this? That would be 1 less place JT would go.....
 
I would be absolutely shocked if he left VT. He'll replace Beamer one day and that job is more stable than the SC gig.
 
Heh, I was shocked Petrino left for ARKANSAS. You'd think he'd have enough sense to try and petition for the Michigan job or something.

I think Michigan has a head coach. I mean, Les Miles gets a new contract at LSU but his buyout clause doesn't increase at all - when it's clear that he had some level of contact with Michigan. He had to do something to keep the players focused when he realized that he'd be in the BCS championship game (so they announced the new contract).

In a way that would be good, the Reverend Richt would have to deal with him every year.
 
no way bud foster EVER gets a HC job. just my opinion, but an investigation into his personal life would not be flattering, from what i have been told...
