I mean why cant we get him the ball?? Atleast we should of given him a shot tonight. I know most of our shots to him though usually end up out of bounds near the cheerleaders but geez he needs the ball. Oh yeah and PJ was running really good tonight but i guess we will just abandon that too. I hate our offense, we have so much talent on offense and accomplish nothing.

Gotta have accuracy and vision, two pretty much unteachable abilities, and we don't...therefore involving #21 isn't likely.

"...starts at qb..."

You are so right! He is a lesser division qb who has not been coached up whatsoever. WHY WOULD A TOP WR WANT TO COME HERE AND NOT GET THE F---ING BALL!! Chan not only loses with RB but loses in recruiting due to his stupid playcalling. NO. 1 RULE: DO NOT THROW INT OR FUMBLE AT END OF GAMES!!!!

Poor Calvin HAS NEVER RECEIVED BALL IN STRIDE!!!!!

I AM UNHAPPY.

and I did not mean that as an attack on RB. I think he has a tub full of guts.

He needs to be coached up.

Decreasing the number of interceptions you throw by telling your QB to simply throw the ball into the stands is not "coaching up."

Yeah we lost, and RB isn't a top level QB, but you really are stupid aren't you? Your posts are so disjointed and ignorant it hurts just to read them. Let me get this right...your solution is to not fumble and not throw ints? God, and to think coaches all over the country have been wasting time trying to devise schemes to beat the zone blitz and spread offense. Who knew it was so damn easy?

I agree that it is just a shame that Calvin Johnson doesn't get the football and doesn't get the opportunity to do something with it. Kelly Campbell, Dez White, these guys were great because they got the football in stride and could run. I'm not sure next year will metter. I have always thought Reggie's biggest jump would be between his sophomore and junior years.

How many special athletes like Calvin will we be able to recruit? Not many, if the recruits think they won't get the football.

This is my first time on since last night so I apologize if I repeat something that someone else has put in a post.

I was really hoping at the end of the game with 2 to's that we would run the ball (deja vu NC State??). I think PJ DESERVED the opportunity to tie that ballgame. Four downs - two timeouts - PJ running hard - UGAg's D a little confused and tired. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wtf.gif Give a Senior a chance.

BTW, I think BOTH HC's can be called to task for their playcalling. We looked good first series, then went to pot. Richt must have promised DJ a certain amount of passes a game or something. Lumpkin looked pretty good running the ball. I would have ditched their small backs and pounded with him if I were the mutts.
