In a story that just gets more messed up & bizarro every day, the most highly rated & most highly recruited LB from 2 yrs ago, Willie Williams, is seeking to transfer away from the Hurricanes. Evidently Williams is unhappy with where he is listed on the depth chart. He actually missed most of Spring Training with a 'stomach virus' & is dissappointed with the Canes' coaches assessment of where he starts Summer Camp at. Imagine that.
The sad part is that a div 1a team will take him at some point to try to win football games for the coaches. A very real possibility is Fresno St. Several major 1a teams have turned him down so far.
