I certainly don't think we are doomed. To the contrary, we should have an even better team this fall and our passing game may be improved.

But we can't ignore the fact that we lost the best player in Tech history and he was also the best player in the NFL draft. Those are huge shoes.
 
I agree that we will be better. I think TB throws accurate enough to get it to inexperienced receivers.
 
I somehow knew that Schlabach would not be the one of the two to even mention GT...

Schlabach not mentioning GT should be considered a good thing.

IMHO, the Friedgen offense helped to define the great receivers we had pre-Calvin. Dez, Kelly, Kerry, etc.. We have not had a QB that could hit the side of a barn in the meanwhile. Now, of all things, we have a new OC.

New days are coming and new stars.
