CFN Bowl Projection Nov. 9

I project us to Champs, though we could go to the Music City of the Champs takes Wake instead.

No North Carolina bowl-eligible team (NCSU and Duke will probably miss) will fall to the Car Care this year unless UNC or Wake lose out. Of course, this is the ACC, so anything could happen.

OF course this prediction could change again with winning the last 2 games of the season....So lets just enjoy the ride...
 
Assuming we get a win over at least Georgia (Most preferably against Miami as well) I would be more than happy to see us in the Music City or Gator Bowl.

Georgia is my bowl game. Everything else is just a chance for the players to get some free schwag and a chance to play on a Tuesday afternoon on ESPN2.
 
We need to refuse to play west of the Mississippi. Guarantee there will be some minor bowl along the gulf coast looking for an at-large team that would LOVE to have us.

At sone point you just have to stand up and say 'enough!'

There was a time that I would agree with you but we need those extra 15 or so practices. I hate anything west of Nashville but we need those extra days.

I agree, RM. Some of those minor bowls are early, but most of them are near Christmas, IIRC. I just think we could get some of the practices, and we could help a small bowl, too. Seems we could get our guys interested in helping out for a game like that much better than going 2000 miles away to a bowl none of our folks will come to, and that we've alredady suffered through a time or 3.
 
How about the Independence Bowl and play Kansas State or the Papa Johns Bowl and play West Virginia?
