That was a good move on his part. He could have me fooled, but he seems like a guy who genuinely likes young men who play college football. Things like recruiting and reaching out to those leaving the program are things he seems to enjoy. That will serve him well.

The thing I remember most about CGC is that he is the coach I was very concerned about in the 2014 Orange Bowl. But he left right before the bowl game and we know how that story ends.

But CGC was a feared DC back in the day.
