The winningest bowl team in NCAA history is coming to Orlando. Florida Citrus Sports (FCS) has extended an invitation to Georgia Tech to play in the 2004 Champs Sports Bowl, FCS Executive Director Tom Mickle announced Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets, 6-5 overall and 4-4 in the Atlantic Coast Conference, are making their 33rd post-season appearance. In 32 previous bowl games, Georgia Tech has won 21 times and its .656 bowl winning percentage is the best in NCAA history among teams with 20 or more bowl appearances.
