to give up on Ball after only 48 games as a starter? Sounds like wishful thinking.I would give $1000 to have heard some of the private conversations between Nix and Chan re: the qb position over the last 2-3 years. I refuse to believe Bennett is really that bad that the coaches would not have given him a chance.Again, just 2 more games left then the coaches will be forced to try someone else. However,I dread a freshman qb - look at ga.'s offense tonight as an example.
 
Chan needs to go no further than the mirror to see why we lost the game, he placed the entire season in one person, a short 1 man, 47% passing QB.
 
You should have seen how I looked after Reggie's final pick. Of course the difference between the way I looked and the way Chan looked is that I didn't look shocked.

Um, we've won 9 games and are playing in the ACCCG. I'm not saying we shouldn't have benched Reggie some tonight, but he's a reason we've done as well as we have this year. Don't deny that.
 
Just got back from the game, I am sick (and not just from all the beer)!!!

Freakin Reggie.....ahh hell same ole crap, why get into it. More of the same, game on the line and he blinks for the third straight time vs the leg humpers!!
 
One year? look at this Division 1, major school record of this QB, bye bye RB.
 
my apologies for failing all of us. Apparently I was too cordial and civilized at the game.

Hard on me and my noggin, much harder on Anoai, Hall, Scott.

Not to mention Ball. Man, I'm worried about him. He single handedly lost 4 straight against ga. This will overshadow all of his accomplishments. I hope he recovers because I feel he should be a role model for a lot of athletes. He has disappointed me severely, but he is a much more resilient person than I am. If he wins us the ACC Championship, we need to have a special ceremony for him.

Funny, I want to bash him, but I can't.

or well paid.......that SOB must laugh every time he takes his paycheck to the bank.........I can lose to our most bitter rival every year and they still won't fire me
