80% of those posts over there are almost unreal they work so hard to be negative...it is really almost laughable...but ultimately sad.

Meanwhile, every is having fun on the three big boards.

I'm assuming I've been banned, but to tell you the truth I haven't tried to get on in months and months so I don't know. Nor do I care.
 
A few days ago (1)I saw they was planning a celebration for the day of Gailey's firing....and (2)stating a new coach and a 1 win season would be better because a 1 loss season would only be 3 or 4 years off. I got banned from there recently for telling how much worse beebad was than any other moderator when it comes to nuking or banning people on his board.

He's gotta nuke a lot of people... otherwise he will have to deal with people who disagree with him in his "No Hold's Barred Discussions".

There are some things I don't understand. There are several parents of former players, now active players who do not identify themselves as parents (I know who they are) and one parent of a player who identifies himself as a parent, a coach (active) who posts on that board. So when you blast BO you are also blasting players parents and a few coaches. I guess I don't understand the venom. Could it be some are jealous of the new board? I don't know and will not try to second guess some of the folks who blast BO. Seems to me some like to be a little well for want of a better word I'll let you chose, can't blast a player but blast away at coachs or parents of players. That's OK just don't understand the double standard.

Another thing. I don't think you understand something. There is a BIG difference between laying off players and blasting posters. As soon as a player's parent enters a debate or starts mudslinging, they are fair game just like every other poster.
I am pretty sure that this board and the other boards are strictly off limits for the players.(I also believe that some players probably do post under someone else's account though)
Anyway, IMO, player's parents and family members should follow the same rules and stay off these forums. I see no good coming out of it for the player.

I use to think buzzoff had a sinister motive. That was way too much credit. What they enjoy the most is just simple grabassing. I would say this whole thing is high school, but that would be a compliment too. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif
 
The coach identifies himself only as Line backer coach. You would have to ask BB. I said I knew who the parents are! My point was I think you and especially RM, when you blast a parent of current players and the player reads that post then it's the same as the player being blasted. Of course I expected to be blasted that OK with me as I just consider the source especially when RM blast me, I actually look forward to it as it shows me what he really is.

posting on Buzzoff mean? It means...well, that a HS coach posts there. I used to post there too, but I constantly berated that board for the crap it spewed. I recently got banned for calling beebad out of being a nazi board moderator, or else I'd still be there ripping on the FAGs.

Just because someone posts on that board doesn't mean they stand for what the board stands for.

Heck OF, you and I both know many of the main supporters of that board will gladly acknowledge they're pulling for Notre Dame versus GT.

Yeah, they're great GT fans, and that board is a great resprentation of GT fans.
 
I'm not even going to argue with you OF, its pointless. That board is considered the biggest joke by the majority of the Tech community.
And the double standard is when the Board's administrator nuked people who disagreed with him because he was being completely obnoxious and we called him out for not being able to handle the "no holds barred discussions" he uses to berate other fans constantly. He's a hypocrit and a fraud.

That board can fancy itself up all it wants.. why do you think Beebad changed the boaqrd so drastically in looks, OF??

He had to use desperate measures to counter the complete squashing of his crediblity the day he deleted unflattering posts, entire threads, and then nuked posters. Thats the only reason the board was changed. Its dead obvious.

Gotta agree with BOR. They quash dissenting opinions over there just as much as the Hive does. If you want legitimate discussion I think ST is the place to be.
