The day after the press conference I ordered everything coach orders in his video at Waffle House. It was a marathon but so good. I didn’t feel hungry again until lunch the next day.

Not fair. No damn Waffle Houses around - I wish there were.

I lived in Philly for a couple years and lost count of how many cheesesteak sammiches I had there. But, without even tasting it, I'll take a WaHo cheesesteak omelette over a Walnut Street food truck cheesesteak sammich any day.

Next time I head south, the first Waffle House I'll see is right outside Fredericksburg, VA and they better damn have a cheesesteak omelette they can whip up.
