Watching him play at the BB&T right now, they played the RR song during a changeover just now!
He rode over to Atlantic Station in the Wreck the other day. Any chance he faces Isner?
He won the first set but is looking like he is going to lose the 2nd. It is on ESPN3.
He's playing well, up a break 4-1 in the 3rd.
He's through to the quarters! Playing UWTW&G and RR songs again.
Playing Ryan Harrison tomorrow. Then Sock then Isner, presumably.
Would love a Eubanks - Isner final. Then watch Chris put that dwag six feet under.
They were showing him talking to the crowd and signing autographs after the match, and you could hear him tell this one kid "I can't do it, you have a UGA shirt on." LOL!
Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear white & gold and hold a tennis racket.
And just case you folks were wondering, the announcer did call it Georgia Tech University at one point. He got a save because he knew they were playing our fight songs during the changeovers.
Tough loss for Chris today- but he is playing against the top completion in the pros. One hell of an ambassador for the school.
Yeah he's got some amazing upside. He's 6 foot 7, so he can bomb some serves, but he's far more mobile than Isner. They said he weighs 176 lbs. Dude needs to get some fitness!
if only we had aquaman on staff for strength and conditioning...
Eubanks will be on Tennis Channel and maybe ESPN3 at about 8:30.
He drew a 5 seed in the first round, but he withdrew, so now Eubanks gets a guy that didn't even make it through qualification like he did. The "Lucky Loser" they call them...
A great chance for him to advance. Federer was also in his side of the bracket and also withdrew, so the highest seed on his side is a 4.
More like Chris Whobanks
Eubanks is on Tennis Channel right now, up 6-5 first set. Cincinnati Open ATP World Tour.
Eubanks wins first set in tie breaker.
His forehand is killing him.
Eubanks lost in 3 sets:(
Great experience for him. He's got skills and will only get better. Another year on the flats another ACC POY.
you guys actually watched tennis? like willingly?
