We'll see, according to the story, you are just sitting there in your car minding your own business alone at night. Then while this cop is out on patrol and pulls up around the corner you are just "hanging out" on, 2 guys also simultaneously walk up to your car out of nowhere. When the officer approaches the vehicle (no doubt to make sure you are safe), the guys throw drugs into your car and scurry away.

This is a wonderful windfall for you of course since you are a self proclaimed marijuana aficionado. There just happens to be some bottles of alcohol in the car also but no big deal because those were thrown into the car by some street hookers at the gas station earlier. You just also happen to like to drink on occasion though so this is your lucky night.

You have this rock solid explanation and the police saw it so instead of just letting it play out, you try to flee because you are a citizen who isn't breaking any laws and that's what innocent people do. You go to the slammer, and get in the paper. Whole thing is a huge coincidence, could happen to anybody.
 
What does this have to do with Clemson? Bashaud has been out of college for 6+ years.
