I just can't imagine how Clemson could do something besides Bobby Johnson. Native son, alum, successful at S.C. school Furman, impressive with what he's been able to do at Vandy, previous asst. at Clemson, dadgum (pardon the expression) good football coach, competitor, what's missing? Common sense on the part of the search committee is all I can think of and I'm not a Clemson fan. I would think all Clemson would have to do is ask.

Having said all that, I endorse Pat Nix's nomination:biggthumpup:.
