Had some free time so decided to take a peek at Clemson Troy. Only been watching their offense as it's tough to gather much from watching them play Troy's offensive scheme. Some thoughts:

- Either Troy's DL is really good or Clemson's OL is pedestrian. Only 3 possessions into the game and Troy has been collapsing the pocket consistently. Could explain why Watson's passing numbers are down this year.

- Even if you collapse the pocket (which we haven't had a lot of success with so far or the last 6 years) Watson is scary with his legs. Looks almost as agile as Thomas even with the bigger frame. Quick and elusive.

- I've never been impressed with Gallman (RB) and I'm still not after watching some of this game. He's competent when holes are open but he doesn't make much of anything happen on his own. I'd take Marshall in their offense over him in a heart beat.

- Their WRs are all so fast. It's a good thing we've been game planning screens for a few weeks because they throw a lot of them and if you let their guys get going they can turn these quick screens/slants into huge gains.

Overall I'm a little more optimistic about stopping their run game given what we've seen out of our front 7 so far. Gonna have to have a great game in coverage though. Watson showed last year (if not this year yet) that he can disect teams when he has time. We're gonna have to create some pressure and still contain his scrambling. Gonna be a tough test for sure.

But did ou see what they did to the powerhouse known as SC State!!?!!?! OMG Clemson is back to beating up little girls

According to the depth chart they released for the Auburn game they have a pretty young OL. If I remember right there's 1 junior and like 4 Freshman/Sophmores.

Their Defense is the same. Lost a bunch of talent there as well.
