This is just nuts for anyone in a P5 program:

  • Saturday: 75 yards & a TD on 5 touches
  • Season rushing: 392 yards & 2 TDs on 35 carries
  • Season receiving: 490 yards & 6 TDs on 16 receptions
  • Season Total: 882 yards and 8 TDs on 51 touches, average of over 17 yards per touch
Dude is only a redshirt sophomore too.

Lynch is the man. He is a game changer. He is to GT what Tevin Coleman is to the Falcons. Can run quick and catch catch the ball.

He should touch the ball more than he does. We have two good problems on our hands with this: 1) nature of the system, & 2) so many other weapons on offense.

I'd love to see Lynch get more touches and rack up more total yardage to be in national conversations, but damn do I love seeing Clinton make a 40 yard reception, followed by a 25 yard Qua Searcy run, burst up the middle by Marcus Marshall, and a 5 yard TD by Dedrick Mills running through 3 guys.

Our offense has been so fun to watch the last 3 games...

He's got 7 TDs in the last 7 games too. Imagine if we had actually had a healthy AB or two last season. Our UGA streak would be at 3 in a row.

That's a TD every 6.375 touches. Imagine how many TD's we'd have if he touched the ball more. That makes me want to touch myself.

I'm trying to imagine last season where 90% of our roster wasn't listed in "critical but stable condition" from the spring game to the end of the year.

On another GT board Lynch was getting ragged on pretty hard before the season started.
