This might be a very good move. Coach CK spent his early career playing & coaching DBs so it is a field of his expertise. I like it.
Also, the new GT Coach, Monken, did a heckuva job with Navy's KO return & punt return units:grin: Coach Monken will continue to do the returns for GT. 'Other' coaches, not named yet, will handle the kick coverage units.

One thing that I am curious about is how navy students compare to other college students. I feel like navy students would have much better discipline and perfect attention to detail/execution of plays. I hope the Navy coaches can generate the same attention here.

I don't remember where I read it, but it is my understanding that Kelly will coach the kick and punt coverage teams.

It was in one of the earlier posted articles, but it said kick or punt coverage. It also said that every assistant would have some sort of ST role. I assume that includes both sides of the extra point and field goal units.
