Make sure to keep voting. CPJ is still in second, but I would hate to see you jumped by satan:mad:

Been voting everyday! I will be surprised if CPJ did not win this award, considering the fact that everyone picked GT to only win 2-3 games this year. To me 6-1 is a big feat by a first year coach in a BCS conference.

PJ is in FIRST with satan right behind him... Keep voting daily on every internet browser you have.

As the Democrats in Chicago say, "vote early and vote often".

Vote like Jimmy Carter's early opponents in south Georgia elections: from the grave and in alphabetical order.

It doesn't really mean anything to "win" this round of voting. It is only to determine the top 25.

Then a panel will score the top 25, go through another round of voting, selct the final 10, then the panel will select the winners.

9/17-12/6 OPEN FAN VOTING
  • Fans pick the top 25 coaches in Divisions I, IAA, II and III

12/7-12/11 FINALISTS SELECTION
  • The top 25 from each division are scored, using an objective evaluation model endorsed by the College Football Hall of Fame

12/12-12/22 FINALIST VOTING
  • Fans and Selection Committee members vote for the 2008 Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year in each division
  • 10 finalists in DI and 5 finalists each in DIAA, DII and DIII will be named

12/23-12/30 SELECTION COMMITTEE DELIBERATION
  • Fan votes are combined with votes from select College Football Hall Of Fame members and members of the national media to pick the 2008 Liberty Mutual Coaches of the Year
  • Fans = 20%, Hall Of Fame = 55%, National Media = 25%

12/31-WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

If it doesn't matter who wins or loses then why do they keep the score?-- Vince Lombardi:biggthumpup:

Er, how did Richt jump to #2?

Just a friendly reminder to keep voting. :)

Mark Richt was able to take a team with top caliber talent with a preseason #1 ranking and lose not only his conference championship; but also his division championship and later a resounding loss at home to his in state rival.
