Sorry if I missed it, however, any official word on where Coach Tenuta will/has ended up?

I still think he ends up at LSU. No inside source or anything, but that has just been my feeling throughout this whole thing.

I still think LSU as well due to the previous Miles/Tenuta rumors to Michigan (which proved to be false, but the connection to Miles could still be good). Since LSU hasn't played their bowl yet and Pellini is still on staff, the job isn't technically open for hire yet. This could most likely be why you haven't heard anything and most likely won't until next week at the earliest.

Nothing concrete - just my thoughts.

Unless Miles is pissed that Tenuta was Herbstreit's mole on the Michigan rumor...

Lloyd Carr was more damaging to Miles chances to UM, because he caused the stir about it when he went ahead and announced that he will resign

he could have kept that out of the public, then the 'rumor mill' would not have been quite as hot on Miles and likely he would have not had to declare his love for LSU to get his team to play in the SEC Championship

so.. Carr probably didnt want Miles...

Don't be suprised if Tenuta is not on the outside looking in after that display in Boise. I don't think anyone serious about maintaining or buidling a stellar defense could legitimately disregard giving up 600 yards to a mediocre offense in a showcase game.

In fact, unless Tenuta already had a deal signed sealed and delivered, he might end up as a defensive assistant somewhere.

Go Jackets!

Coach Tenuta will have no problem finding a job, I can assure you of that.

Sporting News says Tenuta is prime candidate for LSU
